Letter to buyers: Thank you for your interest in this great property. Im a builder and Ive spent four decades creating new life for old buildings of character. It took us two years to rebuild, insulate, rewire and re-plumb the Royal Bank in LaHave and its now time for a new owner to enjoy and cherish it as I have. LaHave is a great place, full of creative people, many of whom have built successful workshops and galleries here. The village is beautiful and crammed with visitors all summer long. The famous LaHave Bakery is across the road, and in addition to its bread, goodies and meals, its home to an old style, no packaging grocery, a book store, a craft co-op and Jessies skate board shop. This is a wonderful place to live. This building would make a great home. It is zoned both residential and commercial, so a new owner is not restricted in how to handle the interior spaces. While the ground floor is now set up as an upscale office, the glass partitions are easily removed to create one magnificent space with 10 foot ceilings.
