Now is the time to start thinking about next cottage season! This 0.67 acre lot has been cleared and prepped for your new cottage. The current owners have had a 20 X 30 garage put up that they are currently using as a place to stay when they are in the area. The garage is built on an engineered slab, has a metal roof, a 200 amp electrical panel, a 10 foot garage door, insulated walls, and is just waiting for your finishing touches on the outside. Enjoy deeded access to Molega lake at the nearby boat launch area. (id:2493)
