Born and raised on Nova Scotias beautiful South Shore, and lucky enough to have lived here my entire life. So much to love...the people, incredible geography, small close-knit communities and traditional way of life. I enjoy being active with my family, spending time hiking, biking, swimming and my favorite - paddle boarding. During the winter months, being a hockey mom keeps me pretty busy too!
