Exit Realty Inter Lake, Selling South Shore Nova Scotia
EXIT Realty Inter Lake was founded by Jon Walker in 1997. It was the first EXIT Realty franchise in Atlantic Canada. The company flourished and in 2003 Jon was awarded the prestigious EXIT Ambassador Award for his dedication in the promotion of EXIT Realty. It was the first of many awards to come. In 2019, Mark Seamone & Kristopher Snarby purchased the franchise and opened our brand new office in Bridgewater, while maintaining the existing Liverpool office.
The company operates on a philosophy of giving back to the community, and was recognized with the high profile award of "Canada's Volunteer Award" in 2016. Management, staff and sales people collaborate and cooperate in fundraising efforts that support community organizations. The South Shore Chapter of Habitat for Humanity received more than $240,000.00 from the EXIT Team’s efforts over a number of years. Fundraising activities range from golf tournaments and gala dinners to lunches at the office and yard sales. Many community organizations have benefited from these activities.
