Gary has been a lifelong resident of beautiful Nova Scotia’s South Shore, making him extremely knowledgeable about the area. Gary has been a multiple award winner of Exit Realty Corp International for sales production throughout his real estate career. Gary has also obtained his CRA designation as a property appraiser. Before obtaining his real estate license, he was a teacher for 7 years, adding to his skill set to help first-time home buyers.
Gary is very active in the community, serving on the previous South Shore Regional School Board, officiating basketball and softball, and volunteering with several other groups. Gary is also an active provincially. Gary has served numerous years as a committee member, board member, and as a Past President at the Nova Scotia Association of REALTORS®️, as well as a term on the Nova Scotia Real Estate Commission, which is the group responsible for assisting the public with concerns and complaints regarding the real estate industry.
