I’m Morgan Lunn, a proud resident of the beautiful South Shore of Nova Scotia, born and raised. Welcome to my home! 

At the young age of 15,  I joined the EXIT family, helping the administrative staff with the day-to-day duties before becoming the marketing manager.  After spending more than 4 years on the team, I knew it was time to take the next step and get my Real Estate license. In 2017 I became a REALTOR® at EXIT Inter Lake. 


Before obtaining my License, I graduated from NSCC with a diploma in Business. This background has proven invaluable to helping guide my buyers and sellers through the sale or purchase of their homes. With Real Estate so technology-driven, I'm able to provide cutting-edge tools to market and promote their investment to the world. 

Whether it's buying your first home, dream home or downsizing, I treat every transaction as if it were my first. After all, you don't do this every day. As your Real Estate professional, it's my role to ensure you are comfortable with all parts of the process.
